Lois Chambers 93, of Bryson City went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, November 15, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jhon Gardner Parris, and Clinton Chambers, her son, Roger Parris, her parents, France Harvey Hyde, and Lottie Mae Green, also her sisters, Florence Hyde, Flora Laws, Edith Bradley, and Janette Ball, and her brothers, Vance Hyde, Odell Hyde, and Roby Leonard Hyde.
She is survived by her sisters, Lexie Millsaps, and Betty Kirkland and her brother, Grover Hyde, also many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held 2:00 PM Sunday at Crisp Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at Lauada Cemetery.
The family received friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
