This past weekend, Swain County held the first rodeo event in the new arena at Swain County Event Park also known as Inspiration Park. “Stampede in the Smokies” Championship Rodeo featured two nights of Wild West entertainment for the entire family with professional bull riding, barrel racing, mutton busting, trick riding, and a hilarious rodeo clown. The county plans to host more events like this in the new covered arena.
