Adam McMillan, 48 years old of Whittier, NC, died at his home on October 19, 2021.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents and his brother Brian. Adam is survived, loved, and dearly missed by his mother Trudy Cottone (husband Vincent), of Washington, Ga., father Tom McMillan (wife Gillian), of Whittier, NC, and sister Joy McMillan (partner Ben) of Lakeland, Fl., many cousins and uncles and aunts.
Adam enjoyed sailing, fishing, and blacksmithing. He attended Enka schools.
A memorial service will be held at Groce United Methodist Church, 954 Tunnel Road Asheville, NC. On November 6 at 2 p.m.
