Sallie Woods Rogers, age 103 years old, of Bryson City NC, entered eternal rest on Thursday, June 17th 2021.
The family received friends on Wednesday, June 23rd at 11:00 at Crisp Funeral Home. A celebration of life service followed in the chapel at 1:00. Burial succeeded at Holly Springs Cemetery, 77 Holly Springs Church Road.
Sallie was born in Bryson City on the 12th of May, 1918. She was married to the late John Patrick Rogers. Sallie and her loving husband farmed for many years. She currently worked with the Swain County Senior Center. She enjoyed interacting with people.
She is survived by many adoring nieces, nephews, family members and friends and special friend and coworker, J.B. Jacobs.
