David Lee Brookshire

David Lee Brookshire (D.O.B. May 16, 1970), a longtime resident of Bryson City, passed away May 13, 2021 due to a severe brain injury.

He was survived by his long-time girlfriend Nelleen Cole, one daughter Kisten Brookshire, brothers Michael Brookshire, Ed Jones, Brian Jones and sisters Stephany Jones and Renea Jorden.

He worked as a lifeguard at Myrtle Beach and was also a carpenter.
