Dover Cabe

Dover Cordell Cabe, age 76, of Sylva, NC, went to his Heavenly home on Friday, May 21, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Judy Sapp Cabe and the son of the late Cordell and Lizzie Cabe.

He was retired from Wrenn Handling. He loved fishing, hunting, camping, and traveling. He dearly loved his family.

Dover is survived by his wife of 33 years; Judy Sapp Cabe, three children; Jeff Cabe, Michelle (Chris) Archer, and Michael (Dawn) Letterman, seven grandsons; William David (Anna) Phillips, Trevor Phillips, Eric (Alex) Archer, Steven (Joy) Archer, Cannon Cabe, Raven Cabe, and Cody Letterman, and three great grandsons.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at 3:00 pm at Old Savannah Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Stillwell and Rev. Dan Conseen officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Appalachian Funeral Services of Sylva, NC.
