Burlin J. Carpenter, age 86, son of Clay and Mary Farley Carpenter, passed away Monday June 21st 2021 at his residence.

Sallie Woods Rogers, age 103 years old, of Bryson City NC, entered eternal rest on Thursday, June 17th 2021.

A memorial service was held for Christopher Eugene Ball on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Lauada Cemetery. He passed away in Charlotte’s Atrium Hospital on January 4, 2021 from a sudden illness.

David Nobriga, passed away in his sleep on June 7, 2021.   He was born on June 22, 1958  to Mildred Pacheco (Nobriga) Fernandez in Hilo, Hawaii.   

Frankie Ball, 84, of Bryson City went to be with the Lord on June 16, 2021.

Mrs. Ball was born on July 26, 1936 in Graham County, NC to the late Wayne and Evia Holder.

Emily Walkingstick West, 81, of Cherokee passed away June 17, 2021. Emily was the daughter of the late Johnny and Emma Walkingstick.

Jason Gary Webb, 42, of the Coopers Creek Community went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.

David Lee Brookshire (D.O.B. May 16, 1970), a longtime resident of Bryson City, passed away May 13, 2021 due to a severe brain injury.

James Michael Gibson, 60, of the Lauada Community in Bryson City, NC, went to heaven to be with his Lord and Savior on May 14, 2021.

Mitch Edmonds, 60, was called to be with the Lord on June 1, 2021, while surrounded by family at his home in Winston-Salem, NC. No service has been planned at this time.
