Swain County High School is proud to announce that senior Carter Hayes has signed to continue his baseball career at Milligan University. In his junior season Carter was the Smoky Mountain Conference Player of the Year. He compiled a.440 batting average to go with 23 RBI and an OPS of 1.282 with 24 walks.
