Jimmy Dallas Cunningham, 79, of Almond passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
He was born June 29, 1942 in Lincolnton, GA.
He was a US Army Veteran having served in Vietnam.
He was a 32 degree Mason at the Winter Park, FL Masonic Lodge and a member of the Bahia Shrine Temple in Orlando,FL.
James Wade Jarrett Jr. (Jim), 64, of Sylva, NC, formerly of Bryson City, NC, went to be with the Lord on May 7, 2022.
He is preceded in death by his father, Wade Jarrett of Bryson City, his mother Nellie Jarrett, and grandmother Pearl Sutton of Whittier.
William “Bill” McGoun, 84 died peacefully May 4, 2022, with his son and daughter-in-law by his side in Coral Springs, FL.
Bill is preceded in death by his wife Bonnie and parents Edwin and Dorothea McGoun.
Lorene Willis Roberts, 87, of Maryville, TN formerly of Bryson City, NC passed away in her home Thursday May 5, 2022.
A native of Swain County she was the daughter of the late Herman and Ethel Hyatt Willis.
James “Thomas” Cloer, 80, of the Alarka community went home to be with the Lord on April 26, 2022. A Swain County native, he was the son of the late David and Hester Cloer; and also preceded in death by his brothers Carroll and Kenneth Cloer and nephews, Charles and Steve Cloer.

Burl Cook, 84, of the lower Alarka community, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday April 23, 2022. A native of Swain County, he was the son of the late Claude and Lillie Mae Cook.

Known as “Gerry” to friends and family alike, he was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 16, 1942, as a first generation American.
